Arkhaia Anatolika, The Journal of Anatolian Archaeological Studies is focused on research conducted in Anatolian Archaeology. Anatolia, which constitutes a bridge between Asia and Europe, is the site of numerous cultures with a rich cultural history. Arkhaia Anatolika aspires to publish academic work that will enlighten the historical and cultural background of Anatolia which opened the path for the development of civilizations. In this context, the journal covers articles containing the results of original research in the fields of anthropology, prehistory, protohistory, classical archaeology, classical philology, ancient languages and cultures, ancient history, numismatics, early Christianity, Eastern Roman (Byzantine) art, underwater archaeology and archaeometry. Arkhaia Anatolika opens its pages to original and qualified studies carried out with scientific methods, written in Turkish, English and German languages to bring new perspectives and filling a gap in their field in which new findings are evaluated, new approaches presented, previous studies are reevaluated.
